Your data is processed on the basis of your consent; by completing the following form, you authorise Timac Agro International whose registered office is located at 27 av. Franklin Roosevelt B.P. 70158 F – 35408 Saint-Malo, to process and collect your data in their capacity as controller.

All your data will be processed for recruitment purposes, in particular to create your personal space, determine the suitability of your experience and qualifications for the available positions in Groupe Roullier and for the positions for which you have submitted an application. This data also allows us, where applicable, to send you newly available employment opportunities. The provision of certain pieces of data, indicated on the form as obligatory, is essential for analysing your online application and without these it will not be possible to consider you.

Information collected is stored within the territory of the European Union and will not be transferred to a third country. Only persons who take part in recruitment processes (the recruitment department, human resources, the board and management) will have access to this information.

Your data will be stored for a maximum period of 2 years from your last activity as a candidate (connection to your personal space, update to your CV, application to a job advert, etc.) or until you ask us to delete it.

Pursuant to applicable national and European provisions, you have a right of access to data concerning you, a right to request rectification, erasure or portability, as well as a right to request restriction of the processing of your Data and to withdraw your consent. You also have the option, at any point, to object to alerts sent to you by email.

Unless otherwise specified by local regulations, you must ensure that the documents sent as part of your application (information directly sent or attachments) does not contain any sensitive information.

The following are considered as sensitive information: information that reveals, directly or indirectly, your membership or non-membership, whether real or supposed, of an ethnic group or presumed race; values; sexual orientation or lifestyle; political, religious or philosophical opinions, health condition, trade union involvement; possible criminal sentences or offences; your social security number.
